    Inside one of the meeting rooms in a building belonging to the Ministry of the Exterior, a presentation was underway, with a few individuals attentively listening to the speaker.


    "Taking into account all the reasons stated above, I propose the creation of a space station to serve as a trade hub due to the restricted and limited access to Earth for outsiders," the presenter concluded before pausing, allowing the attendees to ask questions as she finished her presentation.


    “Why not use any of the moons in the solar system or one of the currently unoccupied planets?” asked an attendee who had been diligently taking notes throughout the meeting.


    The presenter nodded, prepared for the question. “Aside from Earth, which is now closed to outsiders under imperial order, the other planets are either allocated for military use or are too close to the sun, making it prohibitively expensive to terraform and shield them from radiation.


    As for the moons, the majority are already being utilized as research bases, monitored for ongoing experiments, or are located too close to their parent planets. This proximity places them within strong magnetic fields, which could disrupt ship electronics for vessels attempting to dock. Moreover, many of the moons are simply too small to accommodate the continuous expansion a trade hub will require in the future.


    By constructing a dedicated space station, we gain the flexibility to design it from the ground up, specifically tailored to meet current needs while also accounting for significant future growth in trade between civilizations.”


    Her confident and detailed response made it clear she had anticipated the question and was well-prepared.


    "Good job. The presentation was of high quality, well-prepared, and thorough. It’s evident you did your research in-depth," he said, patting her shoulder with a proud expression.


    "Thank you, sir. I put in my best effort to increase the chances of my proposal being approved," she replied, a small but genuine smile appearing on her face. She was clearly pleased to receive recognition from a senior figure she respected.


    "Which position are you aiming for if you''re accepted into the joint task force?" he asked, curious about her ambitions.


    "The Future Strategic Planning Department, sir," she answered with conviction, her tone serious and determined. It was clear that she had set her sights on this department, knowing it was poised to become the most powerful and influential division within the joint task force.


    Moments after the room was empty, the lights automatically dimmed. The AI monitoring the meeting, having recorded everything that transpired, began compiling an exceptionally detailed report. This included a summary of the discussions, participant interactions, and individual performance assessments. The report, along with the full video footage, was then sent to the relevant AIs for archiving. These records would be preserved for future use, whether for evaluating the individuals present or for referencing the meeting''s outcomes.


    "Thank you, sir," she replied sincerely, visibly grateful. She then followed the team leader as they both exited the meeting room.


    "Good," the team leader said, his tone carrying a hint of pride. "I''ll write you a recommendation later to accompany your presentation. It should at least increase your chances of being accepted."
