Lucas didn’t get the medical details, but Thomas, the hospital director, understood everything perfectly. He muttered, “That spot, if it were any bigger, it would be pressing right on the

    nerves.”

He had cleared his entire schedule just to observe this operation. This was hands down the mostplicated surgery he had ever witnessed in all his years as a doctor.

Not a flicker of emotion crossed Olivia’s face, but her fingers tensed just a little as she kept her cool.

She navigated around the critical blood vessels and nerves, meticulously cutting away the tumor bit by bit, separating it from the surrounding tissue.

With their hearts in their throats, the nurses and anesthesiologists watched. One wrong move, and it would be a catastrophe. But Olivia’s hands were rock–steady, not a single tremor.

Nodding with obvious approval, Thomas watched Olivia work. “Mr. Grant, your friend is a real prodigy,” he said.

“You bet she is,” Lucas replied, pride written all over his face.

    “Do you

think she’d ever consider working at our hospital?” Thomas asked, not wanting to let this genius slip through his fingers.

He thought, ‘After more than a decade, it’s high time we shook up Hirica’s medical world. With her on our side, we could finally challenge the Evans family.‘

“She’s not gonnae,” Lucas replied without a second thought.

Thomas frowned and said, “How do you know she wouldn’t want to? You haven’t even asked her.”

“No need to ask,” Lucas said confidently. He thought, ‘With skills like Olivia has, she’s way above working at some hospital.‘

Thomas tried to say something, but Lucas cut him off.

Lucas said, “Thomas, stick to your own duties. Who gets hired here is none of your business.”

Thomas shut up, looking a bit embarrassed.

Outside the operating room, the hallway was a madhouse.

Earlier, when Lucas turned down Natalie, he had practically shouted “Phantom Healer” for

everyone to hear, and the crowd was buzzing.

“The Phantom Healer is here? We’re saved for sure,” someone cried out, eyes wide with hope.

“Seriously? The Phantom Healer showed up? It’s like a living legend just descended to save us,” another person gasped.

“With the Phantom Healer here, there’s nothing he can’t fix,” someone else chimed in, excitement spreading like wildfire.

The hospital was packed with patients battling terminal illnesses. Every day, they wished for a miracle, but endless surgeries and meds had left them in despair. When things got too tough, they’d pray to anyone who would listen.

So when word got out about the Phantom Healer, the whole ce erupted with hope and excitement. To them, the Phantom Healer was nothing short of a miracle worker.

The hallway outside the operating room was jammed with people, all desperate to catch a glimpse of the Phantom Healer, pleading for a miracle and hoping for a second chance at life.

Andrew got word of what was happening and immediately rushed over.

When they arrived, the hallway outside the operating room was already jam–packed.

Ethan tried to squeeze through to get a glimpse, but a crowd of people pushed him right back

    out.

Andrew ordered, “Ethan, send someone to wait at the back door of the OR. We have to meet

    the Phantom Healer face–to–face.”

He thought to himself, ‘The Phantom Healer is no fool–he knows there’ll be a crowd waiting outside, so chances are he’ll make his exit through the back.’

Ethan hurried off to carry out the order.

An hourter, Olivia walked out of the operating room, having changed out of her surgical

    gear.

The moment Natalie saw her, she marched right up and spat, “You, a quack, actually dared to set foot in the OR? And you even tagged along with the Phantom Healer? Don’t you have any shame at all?”

Andrew frowned as he saw Olivia step out of the operating room. He thought, ‘What is Olivia doing here?‘
