Titan 92

Ian Foster’s follower count was on firetely, and Ynda worried he’d freak out with all the attention. So, while the online buzz was still raging, she was the one logging in and handling everything on his Twitter

    ount.

The inte was still obsessed with the whole thing. With a bunch of directors and actors caught up in it, people couldn’t get enough of the drama, and Ian’s name was still all over the trending lists.

Thanks to all this, Ian’s personal Twitter was blowing up with new followers every day. Plus, Zack White’s show had just started airing, and with Ian’s looks and acting chops, the show’s poprity shot up several times

    over.

The first day’s ratings broke all previous records, and Zack White, who’d been on edge, finally let out a huge sigh of relief. As soon as he saw the numbers, he called up Ynda.

“Ynda, I really have you to thank for this. How about I treat you and Ian to dinner sometime? Let’s put all the past drama behind us and look forward to working together again.” Zack said warmly.

He was callingn “Ian” now, since even a fool could see Ian Foster was clearly on the rise.

Ynda smiled as she cleared out all the private messages from Ian’s Twitter ount. “Sure thing, Zack. I’ll check in with Ms. Sinir and see whenn’s avable.”

After hanging up, Ynda thought about bringing someone new on board. She’d been going through candidates these past few days, but none of them felt like the right fit.

And with Megan Carter expecting, Ynda was left juggling everything herself and was totally swamped. Guess the hiring would have to wait a little longer.

She got up, figuring she’d drop by the hospital to see William Bet today.

William had been in the hospital ever since his kidney transnt, but he was getting stronger every day. Soon, he’d be able to go home.

She grabbed some fruit and was just turning the corner when she spotted Charles.

Her steps halted and she instinctively backed away.

Standing beside Charles was May Sinir, who was holding her forehead, looking like she wasn’t feeling well at all.

Charles helped her to a seat, his tone t. “Mom, are you feeling any better?”

May sighed. “Thank goodness you picked up.”

She hadn’t been able to reach Dn Sinir, who hadn’t been home in ages. Ever since theirst fight, he hadn’t set foot in the Sinir manor.

May’s hand slowly curled into a fist at her side, her lips pressed into a hard line. ‘I have to find out who that bitch is. After all these years, why the hell is she still trying to get in touch with Dn?‘ she fumed inwardly.

“Charles, all this stress from your father is what made me sick in the first ce. You’re handling thepany well, but your uncles are still lurking around. You really need to have a child soon–otherwise, how are you going to exin yourself to your grandfather?” May pressed, her tone full of anxious insistence.

Charles’s uncles were all a handful–none of them were easy to deal with.

Jonathan Andrade had been asking about grandkidstely, but Charles had zero intention of having a child with Ynda. She was never the one he wanted for that.

May grabbed his hand, her face clouded with worry. “If you’re still waiting for that woman, then just go and bring her back. I heard she’s a big star now. If she really loves you, maybe she’d be willing to give up the entertainment industry for you. But our family can’t have a woman from showbiz.”

‘We’d be aughingstock among all those society wives,‘ May thought bitterly.

Sure, there are celebrities who marry into wealthy families, but as soon as they tie the knot, they quit acting for good. And honestly, those women are always the lowest rung in the industry anyway.

Ynda stood just around the corner, listening in on their conversation, her eyes dropping as she took it all in.

She’d been part of the Sinir family for two years now, but not a single one of them had ever truly epted her. They were still hung up on Joelle Monroe–the woman who ditched Charles and ran off back then.

She didn’t expect anything from Charles anymore, but honestly, it still stung.

Joelle really had it easy–she didn’t have to lift a finger, and Charles was still hopelessly in love with her.

Ynda stood frozen, listening as May pressed on, “You really need to think about having a kid soon. If it doesn’t work out, just go abroad and meet that woman–get her pregnant. Once shees back with the baby, it’ll be easier for her to move up in the family. Otherwise, how are you going to exin things to the Grant residence?”

Ynda closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

What May meant by “exining” was basically throwing Ynda under the bus, saying she couldn’t have kids, so Charles had to find someone else to do it.

Not being able to have children was a huge deal.

Especially for a woman from the Grant family–it was practically a joke. Lily Grant was a perfect example.

Ynda tuned them out and headed straight for William Bet’s hospital room.

Right then, a doctor who knew her called out, “Hey, Miss Grant! Haven’t seen you in a while. Mr. Bet’s doing great these days.

Her heart gave a jolt, and almost on instinct, she reached for the door to William’s room, about to slip inside -when Charles’s voice suddenly called out.

    “Ynda?” Charles called out.

Her hand froze, and she slowly let go of the door, pulling it back.

“Charles, what are you doing here?” she asked, trying to sound casual.

She really didn’t want Charles paying too much attention to William Bet–if he started digging, the truth about the kidney donor mighte out.

Charles walked over, peeking inside. “Mr. Bet still hasn’t been discharged?”

“No, but he should be out in a few days,” Ynda replied quickly.

“Let me go in with you and check on him,” Charles offered, stepping forward.

William always kept Charles in his thoughts. There was a time when Charles would go with Ynda to visit the orphanage, but honestly, that was only when he had nothing better to do.

“No need, Mr. Bet’s resting. I don’t want to bother him,” Ynda replied, keeping her tone light as she tried to deflect Charles.

She was about to loop her arm through his and lead him away when a familiar voice called out from behind them.

“Ms. Grant?” Daisy Thornton called out.

Ynda turned around and saw Daisy holding a bag of medicine, her eyes wide with surprise. “Ms. Grant, are you not feeling well? What brings you to the hospital?”

Charles’s brows knitted as his gazended on Daisy. He paused for a few seconds before asking, “Are you Hugh Thornton’s daughter?”

Hugh had illegally tried to trade a kidney, so Charles had his leg broken and shipped him overseas.

‘How does Ynda even know his daughter?‘ Charles thought, baffled.

Daisy’s face was all innocence as she smiled. “Yeah, I met Ms. Grant before. My dad used to mention her a lot -he always said she was really kind. But I haven’t been in touch with him for a long time.”

As she said this, she lowered her eyes, looking quietly forlorn.

“Oh, is that so?” Charles replied, his voice cool and unreadable.

He nced back at Ynda. “I’ve got stuff to deal with at the office this afternoon, so I’m heading out. Take care on your way home.”

Ynda nodded, forcing a small smile. “Alright.”

As soon as he walked away, Ynda finally let herself breathe, her whole body loosening up atst.

Once Charles got in the car, Daisy was still on his mind. He offhandedly remarked to Jack Nn in the front seat, “Look into how Daisy Thornton and Ynda know each other.”

Jack looked puzzled for a moment, trying to ce Hugh Thornton. When it finally clicked, he blurted out, “Mr. Sinir, are you suspecting Mrs. Sinir of something?”

Hugh had worked at the hospital for years–he shouldn’t have been strapped for cash. So why would he suddenly risk everything like that? Something was seriously off about this.

But that six million dors really didnd in his ount, and Ynda was never the type to pull something

    that bold.

Charles knew Ynda inside out–she’d always put him first, no matter what. <fn3b2e> For more chapters visit Find?Novel</fn3b2e>

He rubbed his brow, and when he saw Jack about to make the call, he just sighed.

“Forget it,” he muttered, letting it go.
