As Ynda approached the gates of the Sinir estate, she pulled out her phone and dialed Charles.

“Hey, honey, I’m here. I’m heading in now. Don’t worry about a thing–just focus on work,” she said, her voice warm and reassuring.

Given all the drama between her and Renee, the fact that Ynda came over to help so soon made her look like an absolute angel in Charles’s eyes–so caring and sensible.

That’s exactly how she wanted Charles to see her, which was why she made sure to call him first.

As soon as she stepped into the living room, May’s sharp eyes zeroed in on her. She waved her hand dismissively. “Go on, head upstairs. You’re good at ying nice, aren’t you?”

Ynda just smiled, acting all meek and obedient, and headed straight upstairs.

Inside, Renee was still sobbing, curled up on the floor with her knees hugged to her chest.

Ynda gently pushed the door open and walked in, carefully picking up a few things from the floor. “Renee, are you alright?” she asked softly.

At the sound of her voice, Renee’s head snapped up, her expression suddenly turning fierce.

“What are you doing here?! You came just tough at me, didn’t you? You bitch!” Renee yelled.

Sheunched herself at Ynda, trying to wrap her hands around her throat.

Ynda shielded herself with the pillow and said softly–in a voice dripping with sarcasm-“Yep, that’s right. I came here just to watch you fall apart. And I’m here to let you know: ke’s done with you. He doesn’t want you anymore.”

Those words sent Renee reeling, like she’d just been punched in the gut.

Her face drained of all color, and her legs buckled, leaving her kneeling on the floor.

“No, that can’t be! ke loves me, he can’t survive without me! He just went out to buy me a present,” she stammered, desperately clutching onto hope.

“Oh, is that the surprise you were hoping for? Renee, tell me, what do you have that makes anyone want you anyway?” Ynda sneered.

A panicked look shed in Renee’s eyes as she wrapped her arms tight around her head. “No… No way… ke loves me! I know you’re lying. You have to be lying to me…”

ke was the center of her entire world–and now, with him gone, everything inside her shattered in an instant.

She kept mumbling the words in a broken loop, still kneeling with her head in her arms. “No… Impossible… He loves me. He really loves me…”

May hovered outside the door for a bit. When the crying finally died down, she couldn’t help herself–she quietly nudged the door open and slipped inside.

What greeted her was Rence, still kneeling on the floor and muttering under her breathpletely out of it.

May stormed over, grabbed Ynda’s arm in a rage, and hissed, “What the hell did you do to her?!”

Ynda frowned and kept leisurely picking things up from the floor. “I just said a few things to calm her down–beats letting her wreck the whole ce, doesn’t it? If you don’t like how I’m dealing with her, I might as well leave right now.”

Before Ynda showed up, Renee had been crying, yelling, and smashing stuff nonstop–even May, her own mother, couldn’t take it anymore. There was no way she’d let Ynda walk out now.

May took a deep breath, biting back the urge tosh out. “You just stay right here! Charles will be back this evening. You’ll all have dinner together, then you can go.”

“Sure thing,” Ynda replied, still acting all sweet and obedient.

Ynda kept picking up the mess, looking like she was genuinely there to take care of Renee.

May wanted to help Renee up, but the scratches on her arm throbbed painfully. She shot Ynda a sharp look.

“You help her to the bed. What if she messes up her knees like this? Can you take responsibility for that?” May snapped.

Ynda nodded, still wearing that sweet, obedient smile. “I’ll clean up the floor first, then I’ll help her to bed.”

May finally seemed satisfied, sneering, “No wonder a Grant woman knows how to serve–you’re good at this, aren’t you?”

Ynda didn’t respond to May’s jab, just kept quiet until May finally left.

As soon as the door clicked shut, she turned her attention back to Renee, who was still muttering to herself.

Once the room was spotless, Ynda picked up her phone and called Charles.

“Renee’s calmed down now. I tidied everything up, so the ce looks perfect. You cane get me whenever you’re ready,” she said, her tone sweet and reassuring.

Charles felt his heart settle, the tension melting from his eyes. “Got it. I’lle pick you up tonight.”

Before, Ynda would do all the work and only let Charles see the tip of the iceberg.

Now, she did just a little and made sure Charles saw every bit of her effort.

The more sweet and well–behaved she acted, the less Charles suspected she was up to anything shady–or that any of this drama had anything to do with her.

After all, she was a true Grant–trained to handle things wlessly.

Renee’s eyes were zing red, and she looked like she was about to go off and start screaming, but Ynda cut her off, saying, “ke wanted me to tell you something before he left.”

At that, a desperate spark red up in Renee’s eyes. She was so careful, almost whispering, “What did he say?”

“He said he never loved you. You were never worthy,” Ynda answered, her voice t and cold.

Renee’s face went ghostly pale, and she nearly fainted on the spot. Her body went limp, like all the strength had just drained out of her.

Ynda easily maneuvered her onto the bed, barely breaking a sweat.

Renee was absolutely devastated. Shey there motionless, eyes fixed on the ceiling, lookingpletely hollow–like her whole world had copsed and there was nothing left inside her.

Ynda thought, ‘She deserves every bit of this!

Ynda quirked a small smile, found a book, and perched by the window to read.

When she figured it was about time for Charles to show up, she moved over and sat down on the edge of the bed.

She’d barely been there ten minutes when Charles pushed the door open, with May trailing right behind him.

Seeing Renee asleep, May let out a long sigh of relief. “She’s finally behaving herself now. She was out of control all morning–crying and screaming nonstop.”

Charles walked over and gave Ynda a gentle hug. “Thank you for everything. You’ve worked hard today.”

Ynda stood up, looking sweet as ever. “Really, it’s no trouble. I was just doing what I’m supposed to.”

    Charles’s gaze shimmered for a moment, and he reached out to softly ruffle her hair. <fn994c> ?? ??? ???? ?? ???? ???? ???????s, ????s? ??s?? find{n}ovel</fn994c>

Just then, Renee suddenly snapped. Out of nowhere, she snatched up the vase from the nightstand and hurled it straight at them.

Ynda instinctively threw herself in front of Charles- the vase smashed into her forehead with a sickening thud, opening a nasty gash as blood instantly streamed down her face.

Renee’s eyes zed red, wild and feral like a monster. “If you don’t love me, then you can all just die! Every single one of you deserves to die!” she screamed.

She sprang off the bed, stormed over to the window, and flung herself out without hesitation.

It was just a two–story house–she wasn’t gonna die from the jump, but her leg broke with a nasty snap.

The whole Sinir ce turned into a madhouse. People were yelling, running around, and someone was already dialing the doctor.

The family doctor showed up in like ten minutes, barely out of his car before May practically shoved him straight at Renee’s busted leg.

The doctor’s attention went straight to Ynda’s forehead–there was no missing the obvious streak of blood.

May snapped, “Don’t just stand there–check Renee’s leg!”

Ynda kept her hand pressed to her forehead as blood slowly oozed between her fingers. Face pale, she managed a nod. “Please, help Renee first.”

Charles’s brow furrowed as he pulled Ynda into his arms. “I’m taking you to the hospital.”

“But… what about Renee?” Ynda said weakly, her voice barely above a whisper.

“Seriously? At a time like this, you’re still worrying about her?” Charles shot back, his tone firm.

Ynda didn’t say another word, letting Charles all but bundle her into the car.

As they were getting ready to leave, May hurried out after them. “Dinner’s on the table–aren’t you staying to eat?”

“I’m taking Ynda to the hospital,” Charles said firmly.

“Go to the hospital? For what? It’s just a tiny cut–it’ll stop bleeding in a minute. You’re making such a fuss! You haven’t even spoken to Renee yet–and once she starts flipping out again, how am I supposed to handle her on my own?” Mayined, her tone sharp and impatient.

Charles picked up a tissue and carefully dabbed the blood from Ynda’s fingers, his gaze steady and serious. “Then let’s send her to a rehab center. She’ll have professionals to take care of her there.”

May stared in shock, as if she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. “Sending Renee off to a recovery center- are you really just going to let everyone know she’s lost her mind?”

“Charles, she’s your sister!” May snapped, her voice sharp with anger.

“Mom, Ynda is my wife. I can’t keep letting her get hurt every single time shees over,” Charles said, his tone firm and protective.

“Isn’t that what she’s here for? It’s just a little wound! The Sinir family has done so much for her already!” May shot back, her voice sharp and dismissive.

Charles’s gaze went cold and sharp as he stared at May.

May pressed her lips together, voice unwavering. “I’m not sending Renee to a recovery center.”

“Then you deal with her yourself. And don’t ever call Ynda over again,” Charles said, his tone absolute.
