The Amazing son in law Chapter 524

Summer shook her head, then smiled and said, “Actually, I’m nning to move to the United States soon. I intend to settle down there and won’t be returning to Aurous Hill anymore.”

ine, taken aback, asked, “How do you n to settle in the United States?”

Summer nodded gently and replied, “I might not have mentioned it before, but my son went abroad to study in the United States. He hasn’t returned since he left, and he’s now married there. My daughter-inw is expecting as well. My son has no ns toe back to Aurous Hill, so he wants to bring me over to live with him, so I can help care for his children in the future.”

One of the women at the mahjong table suddenly eximed, “Oh, Summer! Are you really going to sell all your properties in Aurous Hill?”

Summer responded, “I’ll keep one of the smaller condominiums in the city. If the opportunity arises, my family cane back to Aurous Hill for a short vacation.”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">

Hearing Summer’s words, ine couldn’t help but feel a twinge of sadness and disappointment.

She wasn’t upset about losing a good friend to chat with and y mahjong alongside. Rather, ine felt that she would never find another person like Summer—someone who, despite being wealthy and not great at mahjong, never got upset and was always willing to lose money to her!

Meanwhile, outside the West Garden Vi, Christopher and Hannah had just parked their car at the vi entrance, waiting for their real estate agent to arrive.

Christopher was looking for a suitable house that would cost them under ten million dors. He had contacted a real estatepany to help find a vi within that budget.

The average home price in Aurous Hill was just over thirty thousand dors, but vis were, of course, more expensive. Finding a brand new vi for ten million dors was nearly impossible, so they were limited to viewing this older vi.<fnbff6> Updates are released by FιndNovel</fnbff6>

Hannah stared at the entrance of the West Garden Vi, visibly dissatisfied. “Christopher, don’t you think this viplex looks a bit too rundown? These vis seem older than the olddy’s ce. Can’t we look at some other vis in different neighborhoods?”

Christopher quickly replied, “We won’t be able to afford a better vi anywhere else. Plus, the first-grade houses at Thompson First are actually quite nice, but you refuse to consider buying there.”

Hannah grew frustrated and said, “That piece of trash Charlie owns a vi at Thompson First! I don’t want to risk running into Jacob and ine there in the future! I refuse to buy any ordinary residential house or condominium at Thompson First!”

Christopher countered, “That’s why it’s more practical for us to buy this old vi. It offers a lot of space, and it would be quitefortable for our whole family. The age of the vi doesn’t matter much because we can always renovate itter.”

He continued, “We have to think about our situation, Hannah. Both Harold and Wendy are single. Each needs a bedroom, and both of us will need one too. That’s already three bedrooms. If Harold gets married, he’ll likely stay with us. When he has a child, that child will also need a room, which brings us to four bedrooms!”

Christopher pressed on, “And what about Mom? She’ll probably want to live with us in the future too. We’ll need a separate bedroom for her as well, making it five bedrooms in total! So, buying a vi is the most sensible choice.”

Hannah snapped back, “Why must your mother live with us? Can’t she just go live with Jacob?”

Christopher shrugged and replied, “Given that the olddy has cut off all ties with Jacob’s family, do you really think he’d allow her to move in with them?”

Hannah was still dissatisfied, arguing, “No way! The olddy cannot live with us! I won’t allow it! The Wilson family is finished, and we won’t benefit from her anymore. We should just send her to Jacob’s house. It’s not our problem if he epts her or not!”

Christopher quickly responded, “Hannah, you might not be aware, but my mother took out a life insurance policy about twenty years ago. It’s a financial policy that would pay out at least six million dors upon her death! If you send her away and she lives with Jacob, that money will go to him!”

“More than six million dors?” Hannah’s eyes widened in surprise. “She bought that much insurance?”<h3 ss="has-text-align-center" id="chapter-list"><strong></strong>
