In a rush, Albert asked, “So, do you want me to eliminate Ichiro right away? Should I record the act for Jiro to watch?”
Charlie responded, “What I need you to do is hide Ichiro and find someone skilled in special effects. I want you to film a headshot of Ichiro and, after the effects are added, send that video to Jiro. Make sure it looks convincing enough for him to believe that his brother is dead.”
Surprised, Albert inquired, “Mr. Wade, are you actually trying to save Ichiro’s life?”
“Yes,” Charlie confirmed. “Keeping Ichiro alive could be incredibly advantageous for us down the line. I might even leverage him to gain control of Kobayashi Pharma in the future. Killing Ichiro for Jiro, even for a billion yen, would be too easy on him.”
Charlie continued, “Also, don’t worry too much about morals or your reputation in this situation. We owe nothing to the Japanese. In fact, the more trouble they face, the better it is for us!”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">
“Understood!” Albert quickly replied. “I’ll ensure that we have more people to protect Ichiro from now on!”

Meanwhile, at the Moore family mansion, the family members were gathered around the dining table discussing Kobayashi Pharma.<fn6a2f> This text is hosted at find(?)ovel</fn6a2f>
As soon as Lord Moore caught wind of the Kobayashi Pharma situation, he remarked, “I suspect this incident is somehow connected to Mr. Wade.”
Jasmine, who had just picked up a piece of broli, suddenly set it aside, opting to remain silent.
At that moment, her cousin Reuben chimed in, saying, “Grandpa, I feel the same way. I heard that Masao Kobayashi of Kobayashi Pharma took a special pill for his high paraplegia before he unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. I also learned that Ichiro Kobayashi consulted Dr. Simmons for a prescription to treat high paraplegia at the Chinese Medicine Expo. I suspect the medicine Dr. Simmons used is the same miraculous pill that Charlie gave to you.”
Immediately, Lord Moore interjected, “Reuben! You shouldn’t mention Mr. Wade’s name so casually!”
Reuben quickly corrected himself, “I apologize, Grandpa. I didn’t mean to speak carelessly. I meant to say that the medicine Dr. Simmons used must be the same magical pill that Mr. Wade provided to you.”
Seeing Reuben’s sincerity in his apology, Lord Moore nodded in agreement and said, “I believe you’re right. Dr. Simmons is indeed highly skilled, but he hasn’t reached the level where he can bring someone back to life or change their fate. Mr. Wade’s magical pill is the only medication in this country that could possibly achieve such results.”
With a sigh, Lord Moore continued, “The medicine Mr. Wade providedst time was remarkably effective. I was on the brink of death, but after taking it, I feel significantly stronger. Yet even though my life is no longer in danger, I still feel somewhat weak—it’s probably just a sign of my old age…”
Reuben quickly suggested, “Grandpa, why don’t I reach out to Mr. Wade and see if I can buy another magical pill? I’m sure if you take another one, you’ll feel much better and stronger!”
Lord Moore waved his hand dismissively, saying, “No, no! Mr. Wade has already been generous enough to give us the magical pill once. We haven’t even repaid him for that kindness. If we just go back asking for another pill, it would seem like we’re greedy. We need to know our ce!”
