    Jacob shot Jake a furious re, retorting, “Hey, Jake! Don’t you think you’re being a bit excessive? Did you really believe I came here just to pig out with you for free? I came to reconnect with my old ssmates!”


    Jake sneered and replied, “Reconnecting with old ssmates? Isn’t that gathering over at the school already finished? I organized this second gathering, so are you really going to insist on tagging along when you weren’t even invited?”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">


    “Exactly!” chimed in Aaron, snorting dismissively. “Jacob, weren’t you quite the hotshot back in the day? You were a rich second-generation kid in school. If you’re so capable, why not just rent a room at the Glorious Club yourself? Are you really nning to let my son-inw treat you to food and drinks for free?”


    The other ssmates were taken aback by Aaron and his son-inw’s sudden attack on Jacob and Charlie, especially given the harsh words being hurled at them in front of everyone. Yet, none of Jacob’s ssmates dared to step in to defend him. After all, it was Jake who had arranged this gathering at the Glorious Club, granting them entry in the first ce.     Jacob’s face twisted with frustration, and he eximed, “Aaron, you’re such a bully!”


    “Am I bullying you?” Aaron scoffed. “I’m simply not inviting you to enjoy food, drinks, and fun at our expense. How is that bullying?”


    Jacob quickly replied, “Fine! If that’s how it is, I’ll pay for my own expenses today! Just tell me how much it costs per person, and I’ll cover myself and my son-inw.”


    Aaron chuckled derisively, “Do you really think that paying for your share will fix everything? Don’t you realize you need a membership to enter this club? Without my son-inw, would you even have the chance to step into the Glorious Club? No! So even if you try to pay, you’re noting in with us tonight!”


    Jacob clenched his teeth and said, “Aaron! You’re really crossing the line!”


    Aaron nodded proudly, “Yes, I’m definitely crossing the line. I’m doing this on purpose, but what’s wrong with that? Who told you to challenge me back in school? Who else can you me for being worse off than me now?”


    Continuing, Aaron added, “Just look at yourself. You’re in your fifties and still so pathetic. You don’t have a job, and there’s no retirement fund in sight. I wouldn’t be surprised if you end up as a beggar on the street. When that dayes, our ssmates might have to hold a crowdfunding campaign just to help you!”


    Jacob shook with rage as he turned to Charlie, “Let’s go! I don’t want to deal with this lunatic any longer!”


    Charlie smiled and said, “What’s the hurry, Dad? The show hasn’t even started yet. It’s not toote to leave after we see what unfolds!”


    Aaron red at Charlie, “You’re still waiting for a show? Let me be clear, there’s absolutely no way you two are joining us on the eighth floor today! If you try to sneak in under my son-inw’s name, I’ll have security toss you out!”
