    With a cocky demeanor, Cain felt triumphant, fully aware that invoking the Webb family’s name would intimidate anyone present.


    As he surveyed the room, exuding confidence, a dark shadow suddenly darted past him. Before he could react, he received a stinging p across the face!


    The impact was so strong it felt like the world had dimmed and sparkled around him. He staggered backward but quickly regained his bnce. When he looked up, he was shocked to see that Charlie was the one who had pped him.

    Beforeing today, Charlie had made up his mind. Albert had warned him that the Webb family was searching for him for two reasons—he had transformed Kian into a pitiful figure, and he had caught Jasmine’s attention.
