The Amazing son in law Chapter 963

The curious group cheered with excitement as they jumped into the car. However, with only two vehicles avable, the rest had to take a taxi to the Hyatt Hotel.

Charlie climbed into the BMW 760, with ire in the front passenger seat and Mrs. Lewis, Lisa, and Caleb settled in the back.

After starting the engine, Charlie announced, “Alright, everyone, hold on tight! Once I hit the straight road ahead, I’ll be able to win this race with just a tap on the elerator.”

Turning to Mrs. Lewis, he added, “Mrs. Lewis, please grab onto the handrails. When I elerate, I n to win a Mercedes-Benz for the orphanage! You could sell it for three hundred thousand dors and use that money to buy toys and books for the kids!”

Mrs. Lewis smiled gently and nodded. “On behalf of our children, thank you!”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">

Meanwhile, five of Jeff’sckeys were packed into his car.<fn66ec> Readplete version only at Find?Novel</fn66ec>

Jeff pulled up next to Charlie’s BMW, rolled down his window, and smirked, “Hey there, buddy! Whenever you’re ready, I’ll give you a three-second head start.”

Charlie replied modestly, “Oh,e on, we’re friends! No need for a head start; let’s go together.”

“Haha!” The five in the Mercedes-Benz erupted inughter. Jeff remarked, “Charlie, you sure know how to entertain! So, on my mark, okay?”

    Charlie nodded, “Alright, I’m ready.”

Jeff chuckled and shouted, “On my mark, one, two, three, go!”

With that, Jeff mmed on the elerator and took off.

Charlie, waiting a second longer, then pressed his elerator, and his BMW 760 shot forward like an arrow from a bow. In just a moment, he overtook Jeff and left him far behind.

The road was perfectly straight, and as Charlie pushed the speed a little more, Jeff’s car disappeared from view.

It wasn’t until someone in Jeff’s car eximed, “Hey, Jeff, Charlie just passed you!” that Jeff realized what had happened.

“What? Where?!” Jeff’s heart raced. He looked up in disbelief, “No way, how could he be so fast…”

A guy in the back seat sighed, “Wow, Charlie wasn’t kidding; he really is impressive!”

“Impressive my foot!” Jeff eximed, cold sweat forming on his forehead. “This isn’t about skill; he just has an incredible car! That jerk set me up!”

The backseat passenger asked, “What do you mean?”

Jeff’s face turned a mix of red and green with frustration. “I’ve pushed my elerator to the max, and he’s still leaving me in the dust. His car’s horsepower must be way higher than mine—at least 400 horsepower!”

He muttered anxiously, “This is bad! I walked right into Charlie’s trap…”

The front passenger chimed in, “So, Jeff, are you sure you can’t win?”

“How could I possibly win?” Jeff was on the verge of tears. “His car is on a whole different level! I can’t even get close to him, even if I try my hardest. Look! You can’t even see him anymore! The Hyatt is just two or three kilometers away; how am I supposed to catch up? I’m doomed!”

“What?!” a backseat passenger eximed. “If you lose, you have to donate your car to the orphanage…”

“Donate my car? No way!” Jeff shouted. “Do you have any idea how hard I worked to buy this car? Over my dead body!”

“But you just made a bet with Charlie in front of everyone. It’ll look terrible if you back out now.”

Jeff was well aware of the predicament he was in.
