Victor turned to Hannah and inquired, “What’s happening here? Are you his woman?”
Hannah cried out in desperation, “No, I’m not! He forced me!”
Victor then faced the supervisor, his voice icy as he said, “Since she doesn’t im to be your woman, you can cease your nonsense with me as well.”
At that moment, the supervisor, who had grown quite fond of Hannah during their time together, felt a strong attachment to her. Being an unsophisticated bumpkin, he had never encountered a refineddy from the city, making Hannah irresistibly alluring to him.
Naturally, he was furious when Victor and his men suddenly appeared, intent on taking Hannah away. “I don’t care!” he shouted defiantly. “I’ll say it again: she is my woman!”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">
Victor smirked with a sinister grin. “Well, if you’re seeking death, I’ll happily oblige.”
Without hesitation, he drew a dark pistol from his waist, aimed it at the supervisor, and pulled the trigger.
With a deafening bang and a sh from the muzzle, a bullet shot out and struck the supervisor in the forehead.
In mere seconds, the once arrogant supervisor was reduced to a lifeless body.
Hannah screamed in utter shock, while Ethel watched the scene unfold with an unsettling thrill, her eyes sparkling with a glimmer of hope for her own survival.
She quickly approached Victor, pleading, “Boss, we were kidnapped too. Please take us with you!”<fn235b> This update is avable on fin?novel</fn235b>
Hannah interjected urgently, “Don’t take her! She tried to kill me just now!”
Victor turned to Hannah and asked, “Is she your enemy?”
Hannah nodded vigorously. “Yes, she’s my enemy! She wants to kill me too!”
Ethel, flustered and desperate, eximed, “Hey, Hannah, be quiet! When did I—”
But before she could finish, another gunshot rang out.
Hannah recoiled in shock as she realized Victor had raised his pistol again, this time targeting Ethel.
Ethel, caught off guard, froze momentarily before copsing to the ground with a heavy thud, blood seeping from her wounds.
Victor had shot Ethel!
Hannah trembled in fear, realizing that Victor had just taken two lives in an instant, all while maintaining a calm demeanor.
The family of Ethel rushed forward, wailing as they gathered around her lifeless body.
They were shocked that Ethel, so full of life moments ago, was now gone. Yet they felt powerless to retaliate against Victor and Hannah, who were far too formidable for them to confront. All they could do was mourn, clinging to Ethel’s cold body.
Victor, unfazed by themotion, turned back towards the car and called out to his men, “Hey, the ne is still waiting at the airport. Let’s move!”
Hannah, still in a state of shock, was pushed into one of the vehicles.
Victor joined her, rolling down the window and aiming his gun at Ethel’s family as the car started to turn. He was ready to fire if they dared to approach their convoy.
Fortunately, Ethel’s family, terrified, crouched low to the ground beside her lifeless form, afraid to make a single move.
Soon, the convoy left the remote coal mine nestled in the mountains and sped directly towards the airport!
