Hannah was seething with anger when even her husband, Christopher, urged her to leap from the building! With a furious finger pointed at him, she shouted, “Christopher, you bastard! Don’t forget who has stood by you all this time—supporting you, helping you, taking care of you! Just because I made a choice to survive, you want me to die? Are you even human?”
Christopher clenched his teeth in frustration. “Enough of your nonsense! You should be grateful that we’re not living in medieval times; otherwise, I’d take you out myself! You cheated on me, you shameless slut!”
Lady Wilson’s heart ached at the sight of her son’s anguished expression. With a m of her crutches toward Hannah, she spat, “Christopher has never been this angry in his life! Look at what you’ve done, you witch!”
Hannah winced as the crutches struck her. She shot a defiant re at the elderly woman and retorted, “Listen here, you smelly old dog! If it weren’t for my connection with the Webb family, you’d still be stuck in the detention center! Did you think you’d be living in Thompson First? You should be thanking me for this!”
Lady Wilson shot back, “Oh, spare us your delusions! Mr. Webb values our family’s abilities, and it has nothing to do with you, you harlot! Even if you had perished in that coal mine, Mr. Webb would still have sought us out and provided us with a better life in Thompson First!”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">
Hannah retorted, “You ungrateful old coot! Your barbarism is why the Wilson family is in such decline! With you leading the charge, old fart, things are only going to get worse!”<fneb19> This text is hosted at Find~Novel</fneb19>
She then turned her fiery gaze back to Christopher and seethed, “And you, Christopher Wilson! Wipe that pathetic expression off your face! Yes, I slept with another man—so what? Do you think I wanted to? I did it to survive!”
Frustration boiled over in Christopher as he stomped his foot. “To survive? You should have fought for your dignity instead!”
Hannah shot back, “Screw you! I dare say, if you were the one trapped in that coal mine, you’d be offering yourself up for protection!”
Her insult ignited Christopher’s fury. “What did you just say? Offer myself? I’m going to make you pay for this! Even God can’t save you now!”
As the argument escted and the doctor struggled to separate them, he swiftly pulled out his phone to call 911.

Meanwhile, while the chaos erupted in the ward, Donald was at home, engaged in a meeting with his family members.
He addressed his younger brothers, saying, “Our father is still unconscious, and the Eight Heavenly Kings aren’t following my lead for now. However, I’ve dispatched a team to Mount Golim to rescue the Weavers. Once we bring them back, we’ll gain the upper hand.”
Thomas, looking puzzled, asked, “Donald, I don’t understand. Why is saving the Weavers so important to you?”
“You clearly don’t see the bigger picture,” Donald replied with a cold demeanor. “Weaver Pharmaceuticals is worth several billion dors and is a prominentpany in our country. After we rescue them, we will assist them in reiming theirpany. But first, I’ll secure an agreement with them. I’ll help them regain control, and in return, they will give me 70% of the shares. They’ll likely agree to my terms!”
“After all, who would want to remain in that living hell harvesting ginseng for eternity? I’m sure they’d prefer to return to the city as my subordinates rather than stay there!”
Levi, the third brother, interjected tly, “Donald, even if we acquire Weaver Pharmaceuticals, it’s just a few billion dors. Our family’s worth has decreased significantly, and a few billion isn’t worth all this trouble.”
Donald scoffed, “You’re missing the point. I want those shares because I intend to use thepany as leverage in negotiations with Kobayashi Pharma in Japan.”
