The Amazing son in law Chapter 1297

As Don Albert prepared to escort a group of people to the Civil Affairs Bureau, Isaac turned to Charlie and asked, “Master Wade, do you want me to go along and keep an eye on things?”

Charlie waved his hand dismissively and replied, “There’s no need for you to go. Just stay here and enjoy the wedding banquet with me.”

ire, who had been quietly standing beside Charlie, finally spoke up. She noticed that everyone had already been taken away and asked, “Charlie, we came here to attend Isabe and Steve’s wedding banquet. Don’t you think the situation with his father is a bit inappropriate?”

Charlie smiled and asked her, “Wife, what do you consider appropriate? If I don’t ensure that Leann is expelled from the Carson family today and if we don’t teach them a lesson, do you really believe that your high school friend will have a happy life after marrying into the Carson family?”

ire paused for a moment, contemting his words, before she nodded softly in agreement.<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">

She understood that Charlie was correct. If they didn’t address the core issue, Isabe would likely face significant difficulties in the future due to Leann’s character.<fn29f7> For more chapters visit Find★Novel</fn29f7>

She sighed, expressing her concern, “I just worry that Steve might end up hating us.”

Charlie replied calmly, “I’ve done so much for him today. If he still chooses to hate me, then he truly has no hope.”

With a smile, Charlie gestured for her to follow him. “Let’s head into the banquet hall and wait. By the time they handle all these minor issues, it should be almost time to start the wedding banquet.”

At the Aurous Hill Civil Affairs Bureau, a sense of awkwardness hung in the air. Don Albert guided the group inside, where seven individuals appeared visibly ufortable.

The group included the young couple, Steve and Isabe, who were meant to be married that day, as well as David, the groom-to-be, along with his current wife, Leann. Skye, David’s future bride, was also present with her parents, ready to register her marriage.

Upon entering, the staff at the Civil Affairs Bureau quickly approached and inquired, “Hello, what can we assist you with today?”

Don Albert surveyed the group and asked, “Who would like to go first?”

Steve, feeling the pressure, responded, “Isabe and I will register our marriage first.”

“Alright,” Don Albert nodded and instructed the staff, “Please help them obtain their marriage certificate.”

The staff member acknowledged his request and began processing the necessary documentation for the couple. Since they hadn’t brought any photos for their marriage registration, the staff quickly took a wedding photo against a red backdrop.

Shortly after, a vibrant red marriage certificate was issued.

With the certificate in hand, the couple let out a sigh of relief. No matter what challengesy ahead, they were now legally married.

After handing over the marriage certificate, the staff turned to the others and asked, “What brings the rest of you here today?”

Don Albert pointed sternly at David and Leann, saying, “You two need toe forward and get your divorce certificate now.”

David and Leann exchanged troubled nces, their faces clouded with confusion. They felt the weight of the situation but dared not cause a scene.

Leann, her eyes puffy from crying, plied with the staff’s request to provide her personal information.

After verifying their identities, the staff exined, “To proceed with your divorce, you’re required to present your original marriage certificate.”
