Charlie was taken aback by this revtion. “What? Takahashi Eiji is dead? It seems that ever since he left Tokyo, things have been far from peaceful!”
Meanwhile, surrounded by the six ninjas in the courtyard, Nanako Ito eximed, “That’s impossible! My father would never do such a thing! This must be a misunderstanding!”
“A misunderstanding?” the man growled, his teeth clenched. “He turned four masters of the Tenglin family into ice and burned the young master of the Takahashi family into ashes. Do you still im it’s a misunderstanding?!”
Nanako responded firmly, “I know my father well. He may not be a perfect man, but he has a moral code! Even against enemies, he would never resort to treachery!”
The man scoffed, “You might know him on the surface, but you don’t truly understand Yuhiko Ito! You can take a step ahead, and when he arrives, you can ask him about his actions!”
He then directed one of hispanions, “Get the mobile phone video ready. I’m going to send a recording of the beheading to Mr. Takahashi!”
“Understood!”
The leader unsheathed a razor-sharp ninja sword, its de gleaming coldly as he addressed Nanako Ito: “Miss Ito, it’s time for you to die!”
Nanako silently nodded, closing her eyes in eptance of her fate, whispering sorrowfully, “Charlie, we’ll meet again in the next life…”
The leader sighed lightly, “Miss Ito, I will ensure your death is swift, and I hope you don’te back as part of a wealthy family in your next life!”
With that, he raised his sword high, gathering all his strength for the impending blow aimed at Nanako’s neck.
