Aurous Hill in the early morning appears just like any other day. Over a dozen individuals, including Walter, are unounted for. However, with nearly 10 million residents, Aurous Hill is unlikely to feel any significant impact.
Charlie enjoyed a deep and restful sleep through the night, while ine fretted over breakfast, leaving him undisturbed at this hour.
Meanwhile, Deana drove alone from Thorne’s mansion to the entrance of Bruce’s former home. Since her arrival in Aurous Hill, Deana has found herself dreaming about Bruce every single night.
Justst night, she dreamt that she was Bruce’s wife, that he whisked her away from Eastcliff to Aurous Hill, and that they were happily living together in the yard that was about to go up for auction. In her dream, they shared a blissful life as husband and wife.
This enchanting dreampelled her to revisit the old courtyard. As Deana parked her car outside, she pushed open the rusted iron gate and stepped inside. Lost in thoughts of Bruce, she failed to notice someone discreetly photographing her from a hidden spot.<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">
Ten minutester, in Eastcliff, the Wade family gathered.
Lord Wade was brimming with excitement as he called a meeting with his three sons. Corran, Myles, and William quickly got out of bed and made their way to Lord Wade’s study after receiving the summons.
Looking at his sleepy sons, Lord Wade eximed with enthusiasm, “I called you here early because I’ve discovered a brilliant strategy to take down the Banks Family!”
Corran, taken aback, asked, “Dad! What’s this brilliant strategy?”
With a mysterious smile, Lord Wade picked up a tablet, opened a photo, and handed it to his sons. “Take a look for yourselves!”
Curious, Corran and his brothers leaned in closer to examine the image.
The photo depicted a woman, clearly taken from a distance using a telephoto lens.
Before long, Corran recognized her first and eximed, “Wait… isn’t this Zayne’s wife, Deana?” Myles quickly chimed in, “It really is her! Dad, how did you manage to get a photo of Deana?”
With a sneer, Lord Wade replied, “The Banks Family’s reputation has taken a significant hit due to Xion’s issues. The cunning Lord Banks even sacrificed his son Zayne to salvage his own reputation. They’ve fled to Australia to escape the fallout. If we can stoke the mes, they’ll be in even more trouble!”
Corran asked, puzzled, “But Dad, what does this have to do with Deana? I heard rumors that she’s nning to divorce Zayne.”
With a knowing smile, Lord Wade said, “Do you know where Deana is right now?” The three brothers shook their heads, having always viewed the Banks Family as their main adversary without paying much attention to Deana, Zayne’s wife.
Seeing their confusion, Lord Wade exined, “Deana is currently in Aurous Hill!”
“Aurous Hill?” Corran asked, surprised. “What’s so significant about her being there?”
Pointing to the tablet, Lord Wade replied, “Did you not notice where this photo was taken?”
As Corran gazed at the run-down courtyard in the photo, he said nkly, “Dad, it’s just a dpidated yard. What’s special about it?”
With a slight sigh, Lord Wade expressed a touch of mncholy: “This worn-down courtyard is where Bruce once lived in Aurous Hill.”<fn53b8> This text is hosted at find(?)ovel</fn53b8>
The realization dawned on Corran and his brothers.
Corran was the first to react, eximing, “Deana is visiting Bruce’s former residence. Does she still have feelings for him?”
“Exactly!” Lord Wade nodded in agreement. “I believe that’s the case!”
Corran shook his head, “Wow… Deana is really fixated on Bruce! She traveled all the way to Aurous Hill just to see his old home.”
Lord Wade remarked, “Not only that, but the courtyard where Bruce lived is about to be auctioned off. Deana has signed up to participate in the auction on Monday!” He then sneered, “This presents a fantastic opportunity for us to strike at the Banks Family. If we can circte this photo while simultaneously spreading news of Deana’s lingering feelings for Bruce and her intention to buy his old residence, the Banks Family will lose theirst shred of dignity!”
