As Juarez’s men descended upon the scene, Ma Kui swiftly escorted Ah Liang back to the operating room.
With a charming smile stered on his face, Ma Kui approached Charlie with eagerness. He pulled a pack of domestic cigarettes from his pocket, walked over to Charlie, and respectfully offered him one, saying, “Mr. Wade, our boss is en route. He instructed me to ensure you feel weed, so please have a smoke!”
Charlie waved his hand dismissively and replied, “No, thank you.”
“Oh!” Ma Kui quickly interjected, eager to please. “That’s not good! Cigarettes are really not beneficial for you. It’s best to avoid them if possible.”
With that, he tucked the cigarette pack back into his pocket and turned to Ah Liang, instructing, “Continue on; no one is allowed to smoke in Mr. Wade’s presence!”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">
Ah Liang nodded eagerly, responding, “Understood, understood!”
He then turned to engage with the group of Mexicans, speaking in Spanish.
Ma Kui smiled and said to Charlie, “Mr. Wade, this is…”<fn0ab4> ?????? ???? Find[?]ovel</fn0ab4>
“No need,” Charlie gently waved his hand and continued, “I genuinely appreciate this ce. It’s simple yet sophisticated. Look at your operating room—it may be small, but it’s well-equipped, and the disinfectant smell indicates you all take hygiene seriously.”
Ma Kui quickly replied, “Mr. Wade, to be honest, I’m quite passionate about medicine, but the Indian, Asan, who was here earlier, has quite the story. Have you heard about his exploits?”
Charlie shook his head, curious. “What happened?”
Ma Kui borated, “Back in India, this kid used various tricks to swindle five to six hundred people out of their money. Once things got too hot for him, he fled to the United States. Now, he’s back in the game, and in North America, he’s quite notorious.”
Charlie couldn’t help but chuckle, half-jokingly saying, “While it’s a ridiculous story, I must admit, it’s impressive in its own way.”
Ma Kuiughed and nodded earnestly. “Absolutely! Compared to you, our activities seem minor. Typically, if you were to pay for a procedure, the entire industry might only make tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dors in total. To earn tens of billions like you, one would need to hustle for over 100,000 procedures—something that’s likely unattainable in a lifetime…”
Charlie smirked and asked, “Who told you I’m worth tens of billions? To me, ten billion is just a drop in the bucket.”
He continued, “Let me share something: I recently established an organization, investing tens of billions into it for both long-term and short-term gains.”
Ma Kui stared at him in disbelief, eximing, “Mr. Wade… are you serious? What kind of organization would warrant such a massive investment?”
Charlie replied nonchntly, “I can’t disclose that right now, but there’s no need to question the truth of my statement—I never make such ims lightly.”
Understanding that if Charlie possessed a ck and gold card, it indicated he had the means to back up his words, Ma Kui nodded, recognizing the gravity of the situation. He then said respectfully, “Mr. Wade, we are grateful for your interest in Crazy Juarez. I’m confident that once you meet our boss, you will find us to your satisfaction!”
