The Amazing son in law Chapter 5045

Ah Liang’s cries resonated deeply among the others, evoking a sense of sorrow.

Despite being demons who could kill without hesitation and were prepared to meet their end at any moment, they all found themselves paralyzed by fear when faced with the specter of death.

Soleil instinctively passed the lighter she held to Ma Kui, suggesting, “Old Ma, how about you…”

Ma Kui shot her an incredulous look, ncing between the lighter and Soleil, and erupted, “Do you really think I can hold a lighter?! You expect me to use my mouth?!”

It dawned on Soleil that Ma Kui’s hands and feet had been shattered by bullets.<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">

She quickly turned her gaze towards Xu Jianxi, asking, “Old Xu, maybe you should…”

The group, intimidated by Xu Jianxi, murmured hesitantly: “I can’t, I can’t… You go ahead…”

He then shielded his face with his hands, adding, “Just give me a heads up before you make me do this; I need to mentally prepare…”

Feeling exasperated, Soleil looked at their leader, Juarez. Noticing that Juarez had only sustained injuries to his knees, she offered the lighter, saying, “Boss, it’s your turn.”

Juarez was clearly terrified at this point. He began to weep, pleading, “No… no… I can’t do it… I don’t want to die… God… Please… Forgive me for my sins; let me pass peacefully and find my way to heaven after death, amen…”

“Damn it!” Ma Kui red at Juarez, furious. “You’re begging God now? Didn’t you just tell me you only believe in power and not in God?! You’ve taken countless lives, and now you want forgiveness? Are you serious?!”

Juarez, once a man who would pull a gun at the slightest re, now found himself at the mercy of Ma Kui, who was shouting at him for the first time.

Yet Juarez was too consumed by his despair to care. Grabbing his hair, hemented, “Ny percent of people in Mexico are Catholic or Christian. How can I be any different?!”

Jase, overhearing this, exploded with anger. He lunged at Juarez, delivering a sharp p to his face and growled, “You bastard! We’vemitted so many wrongs together, and now as we face death, you’re begging for God’s forgiveness? What about us?!”

Previously, Jase would have held his tongue around Juarez, waiting until he was out of earshot to express his feelings. But tonight was different; he pped Juarez without hesitation.

Juarez, already in a fragile state, was further diminished by Jase’s blow. He slumped down, cradling his head and crying uncontrobly.

For some inexplicable reason, Jase’s fury intensified at the sight of Juarez’s breakdown. He kicked Juarez to the ground, delivering blow after blow, shouting, “You’ve done so much evil; do you really believe the God of your country will forgive you? You scoundrel! You still dream of heaven? You deserve hell! The torment of hell is what you’ve earned for your sins! And now you want to seek forgiveness? Why didn’t you do that sooner?”

Juarez was utterly defeated, allowing Jase to assault him. He merely curled into a ball, crying, seemingly numb to the pain.<fnd239> Follow current nov?ls on find[?]ovel</fnd239>

Suddenly, Ma Kui shouted in panic, “Gasoline! There’s so much gasoline!”

Everyone turned to see a stream of gasoline pouring into the basement.

Before long, gasoline flooded the cell, and despite their desperate attempts to escape, there was nowhere to go. Juarez and Ma Kui, both copsed on the ground, found themselves soaked in gasoline.

Ma Kui instinctively tried to move away, but his broken limbs rendered him helpless, writhing in ce without any means of escape.

Juarez, terrified of the gasoline, frantically clung to the iron bars, crying out in despair, “Let me out! I don’t want to die… God, please save me…”

Soleil, overwhelmed, shouted, “Shut up! I don’t want to hear your pleas on this road to the afterlife!”

Juarez remained unmoved, continuing his cries.

Soleil, feeling exasperated, grabbed the lighter from the ground and yelled, “Stop yelling! If you keep it up, I’ll set this on fire!”

This threat worked; Juarez quickly pleaded, “Mei, please don’t! As long as we’re alive, there’s hope. We can hold on; what if someonees to rescue us?”
