The Amazing son in law Chapter 1149

On a ten-kilometer stretch of winding hill road, two SUVs were closely following each other, one leading the other.

These vehicles were the sole upants of the hill road.

Navigating through the snow-coveredndscape was a challenging endeavor, as all that surrounded them was an endless expanse of pristine white snow.

The monotony of the snowy scenery began to make Duran feel a bit lightheaded. Frustrated, he eximed, “That little Wade brat is such an inbred jerk. Since that father-son duo got on his nerves, why not just take them out? What’s the point of sending people to this… this miserable ce? Now I have to deal with this hassle… what terrible luck.”

The driver responded with a hint of helplessness, “Before I arrived, I did some digging into this guy named Wade. They call him a demon. Not only does he enjoy sending people here to hunt for herbs, but he also loves dispatching them to the coal mines to dig for coal. I even heard a rumor that he made the CEO of a listedpany work on a construction site carrying cement.”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">

“And what’s your point?” Duran snapped back. “Have you all forgotten how the gang members met their end? A dozen of them were crammed into a car and dumped in the river. Their bodies were left behind! Do you even grasp the fate that awaits them?”

The driver chuckled lightly as he replied, “The person is already dead; what more can happen to them?”

Duran continued, “In that river, there are fish, prawns, and crabs. The car is just a metal cage trapping those dead bodies at the bottom. Eventually, those bodies will be a feast for the fish, prawns, and crabs. Therger fish will consume the flesh while the smaller ones nibble at the skin. You know those little fish you find at fish spa massage parlors? They’ll eventually eat away all the flesh until only bones are left.”

“Curses!” shouted a man in the back seat. “No wonder people want him dead. This twerp is truly heartless!”

Duran said casually, “We need to be cautious as well. It might be best to retreat if necessary.”

The driver asked, “Do you think there will be any masters on Mount Golim?”

“There shouldn’t be,” Duran responded. “The Webb family came through a few hours ago. From what the survivors said, there were no closebat encounters during the battle; it was all long-range fire. So, I assume there aren’t any masters around, just armed bodyguards.”

“If that’s the case, then that’s a relief.” The driver chuckled.

“We’re brothers and have been through a lot of training. While I wouldn’t call myself a pro, I can handle a few bullet wounds. It seems like tonight will be a bloodbath! We’ll return to Southaven victorious.”

Another man chimed in, “Wouldn’t it be amazing if Charlie Wade showed up? If we could take him out, Lord Webb would reward us handsomely.”

“Charlie Wade shouldn’t be here,” Duran replied with a smile. “The Webb family did some research. Before we left, Charlie was still in Aurous.”

Duran sighed briefly as he continued, “If only he were here… we could just grab his head and present it to Lord Webb. He would definitely reward us with a few million dors.”

“Oh, by the way… since this Charlie Wade is such a viin, could the strange illness that the second son of the Webb family has be connected to him?” the driver asked.

Duran shook his head, indicating disagreement.

“It’s hard to say, but it’s certainly possible.”

Duran borated, “The second son of the Webb family has this bizarre illness. He’s been suffering for so long, and there’s still no cure in sight. Not even any medication to alleviate his pain.”

At that very moment, Charlie Wade stood atop the mountain, arms crossed, on the snowden ground.

Behind him, Isaac Cameron, Don Albert Rhodes, and Liam Weaver were shivering in the biting cold, their faces and lips turning pale.

Isaac Cameron, hugging himself, ined, “Damn The Eight Heavenly Kings, they’re taking forever! Dawn is just an hour away!”

Don Albert looked at Charlie with concern, “Master, your clothing is so light… aren’t you cold?”<fn709b> For original chapters go to find~novel</fn709b>

Charlie Wade gently shook his head. In his current state, he no longer felt the cold at all.

Even if he were to stand on the mountaintop for days, or even a month, he wouldn’t feel a thing.
