The Amazing son in law Chapter 2234

Zara quickly eximed, “Mom, make sure to get some good rest tonight! I’ll call you tomorrow morning!”

“Alright,” her mother replied. After hanging up, Fitz, who was nearby, voiced his concern: “Zara, Dad has always had a bit of a sensitive rtionship with Aurous Hill. If we take Mom there now, won’t he be really upset?”<fn4edd> This text is hosted at Find1Novel</fn4edd>

Zara scoffed, “So what if he gets angry? He brought me into this world and had me live under the family’s watchful eyes. How could he not expect that the three of us would be upset too?”

After a moment of silence, Zara continued, her anger rising: “Honestly, I want to confront him directly! We should all go to Aurous Hill together to show him that this is all his doing!”

Fitz, feeling awkward, replied, “But this kind of hurt… how can we, as children, address it?”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">

He added, “There are so many wealthy individuals out there. Some of them don’t engage in extramarital affairs. Dad just made a mistake during a confusing time. Among the wealthy, he can still be considered one of the better ones.”

Zara shot him a serious look and asked, “How can you say that? Does being rich mean you can be disloyal in marriage?”

Fitz hurriedly rified, “Oh, that’s not what I meant! I just think Dad’s actions weren’t the worst. If he sincerely admits his mistakes, he could be forgiven. Mom would definitely want to divorce him, but isn’t that a bit rash? After over 20 years of marriage and with us as their kids, can’t we give Dad another chance?”

Zara responded firmly, “That’s a ssic scumbag mentality! Your views are totally skewed! Let me ask you this: if you get married and your wife cheats on you, would you be able to forgive her?”

“I…” Fitz stammered, “It’s not the same. A man cheating is just different.”

“How is it different?” Zara retorted, irritation creeping into her voice. “Do you believe in some sort of male superiority in marriage? That a man can be forgiven for cheating while a woman cannot? Fitz, for the first time in all these years, I’m realizing how politically incorrect you are!”

“Listen! If you ever make that mistake, even if your wife forgives you, I won’t! I’ll disown you!”

Fitz, feeling scolded, replied sheepishly, “Oh, sister, you’re being too harsh. I haven’t done anything to bebeled a scumbag!”

“Your way of thinking is exactly why scumbags feel justified in their actions. They think they can misbehave freely,” she snapped.

“If you really want to act like that, then don’t pursue Stefanie. She deserves better than a scumbag like you!”

“I suggest you aim for someone who’s devoted to wealth and status. Marry a celebrity who’s already a star!”

“Then, when you want some extra fun, you can just pay her enough to keep her from interfering with your affairs. That way, everyone is happy, right?”

Fitz, looking dejected, admitted, “You’re right, I messed up.” He quickly switched topics, saying, “Anyway, I need to arrange the flight. I’ll be heading to Aurous Hill tomorrow morning!”

Zara, noticing his attempt to change the subject, retorted, “Fitz! Respect for women and your partner is a fundamental lesson that every man must learn. If you turn into a scumbag in the future, I won’t acknowledge you as my brother!”<h3 ss="has-text-align-center" id="chapter-list"><strong></strong>
