The butler pleaded, “Young master, please calm down. Just wait a moment. Once the master finishes his conversation with the second master, I will let you in!”
Fitz responded with a shout, “No! I can’t wait! I’m going in right now. If you try to stop me again, I will dismiss you!”
Uncertain about what to do, the housekeeper turned to Lord Banks, who had a dark expression, and said, “James, go and bring Fitz in.”
“Understood!” James quickly turned and left the study, telling the butler, “The master said to let Fitz in.”
The butler felt a sense of relief and stepped aside. Fitz wasted no time and rushed into the study. As soon as he entered, he eagerly asked Lord Banks, “Grandpa! Where are my mother and sister?!”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">
Lord Banks replied with a serious tone, “I don’t have that information yet. We have no idea where your mother and sister are. Just before you arrived, I instructed your second uncle to offer a reward of 50 million for useful clues. If anyone can rescue your mother or sister, I will give them 100 million directly.”
Fitz clenched his fists, anger surging through him. “Many people online are using you of wanting to kill my mother. Is that true?!”
Lord Banks’s expression shifted dramatically, his voice stern as he eximed, “What nonsense! I am the head of the Banks Family. Would I engage in such disgraceful acts?”
James, observing the outrage on Lord Banks’s face, felt a chill in his heart. He thought to himself, “The old man is indeed skilled; he can speak so convincingly while lying through his teeth. If I didn’t know the truth, I might have believed him.”
Fitz, filled with determination, replied, “In the past, I would have never believed such usations! But after Xion’s betrayal, even though the world thinks my father is to me, I can’tprehend it. He may have his ws, but he would never try to murder his own daughter! So it must be you!”
Fitz continued, gritting his teeth, “Xion is your granddaughter. If you could do something to her, you could do it to anyone, including my mother!”
Furious, Lord Banks mmed an ornate dragon-print inkstone worth over ten million onto the ground, shattering it. He pointed a trembling finger at Fitz, shouting, “How dare you! Am I not still your grandfather? Am I not the head of the family?”
Fitz stood his ground, anger zing in his eyes. “If my mother and sister are truly harmed by you, I will not only deny you as my grandfather, but I will fight you!”
Incensed, Lord Banks turned to James and yelled, “James! Did you hear that? Silence him!”
James stepped forward, grabbing Fitz by the cor, teeth gritted as he scolded, “You insolent boy! Your father isn’t here, so as your uncle, I’ll teach you a lesson!”
Fitz pushed James away with determination. He quickly backed towards the door of the study, pointing fiercely at Mr. Banks and dering, “Remember what I said! If you harm my mother and sister, I will kill you!” With that, he turned and fled the room.
Lord Banks, clutching his chest in anger, struggled to speak but was interrupted by a fit of coughs. “Just like his mother, he’s destined to be rebellious!”
After another violent cough, he ordered James, “Go! Retrieve this brat for me!”<fnf3ed> Chapters first released on Find[?]ovel</fnf3ed><h3 ss="has-text-align-center" id="chapter-list"><strong></strong>
