As ire spoke, she chuckled at herself and added earnestly, “Honestly, as a primary school student stepping into such a prestigious venue, it feels less like a learning experience and more like a pilgrimage.”

Charlie smiled gently and offered encouragement, “Don’t think that way. I’ve always believed you have the potential to be a world-ss designer. You’re still young, and your wealth will umte in time. Many people only start to see their fortunes at fifty. You’re still in your early years, so don’t underestimate yourself. By the time you reach forty, you might very well be the top female designer globally. At that point, I’ll be at home enjoying the benefits of my wife’s sess.”

ire couldn’t help butugh and replied shyly, “I worry that by the time I achieve that level of sess, you will have already be a world-renowned Feng Shui master. With your talent at such a young age, I can see influential figures seeking your guidance. In a decade or so, even someone like Bill Gates mighte to you for Feng Shui advice!”

Charlie chuckled and said, “If Bill Gates approaches me about Feng Shui, I might have to think twice.”

Intrigued, ire asked, “Why would you need to think about it, dear? It’s not every day someone like Bill Gates asks for your expertise!”<h3 style="background-color:DodgerBlue">

Charlie grinned and replied, “Well, it’s not like I’d travel all the way to the U.S. just for him. If he buys a vi in Aurous Hill, then maybe I’d consider giving him a quick consultation, but that’s about it.”

ire burst intoughter, “You really are full of yourself!”

Then, she remembered ine and quickly inquired, “By the way, how is my mother doing in New York? I’ve tried video calling her recently, but she seems uninterested and only agrees to talk once I switch to audio. I can’t shake the feeling that she’s hiding something from me.”

Charlie thought to himself, “Of course she’s hiding something. You have no idea! Her leg is broken again, and now she’s recuperating at a hospital in New York. If she were to video call you, it would reveal too much.”

However, Charlie maintained a reassuring smile, “Don’t overthink it. You know how your mom is—her behavior is often hard to decipher. She’ll be back in China tomorrow and won’t stay in the U.S. for long.”

ire nodded thoughtfully and then asked, “By the way, have you booked our tickets?”

Charlie shook his head and replied, “No need to book a ticket. Miss Fei has a flight back to China, and she’s offered us a ride.”

Surprised, ire eximed, “Miss Fei? You mean Fei Kexin from the Fei family?”

“Yes,” Charlie confirmed with a nod. “Not long ago, there was a serious issue involving someone named Jamura in their family, which caused quite a stir. I helped her adjust the Feng Shui to help her family navigate through that crisis. She’s very grateful and knows we’re heading back to China soon, so she offered us a seat on her ne.”

Since more people were returning together this time, Charlie didn’t want to book an ordinarymercial flight.

However, he realized that a private jet would draw attention, especially considering ine’s shy personality. If she were on a Gulfstream, she wouldn’t hesitate to share her experience across social media. If they used amercial flight, she would likely be posting nonstop throughout the day.

After some consideration, Charlie decided to ask Fei Kexin to arrange a ne from her family’s fleet. Given their close rtionship, he feltfortable making such a request.

When ire learned that they would be flying with Fei Kexin, her expression became somewhatplex.

She recalled her first encounter with Fei Kexin, who had been using the alias Zhan Feier at the time. It wasn’t until she saw Fei Kexin on television that she realized her “good friend” hadn’t even shared her true identity with her.

Despite this revtion, ire wasn’t angry. She understood that Fei Kexin’s status was far beyond her reach. As a small business owner, it was a rare opportunity to connect with someone like her, especially since Fei Kexin had helped her secure a prestigious spot in a master ss.

The only thing that did bother ire was the sudden disappearance of someone she considered a friend, only to find outter that even her identity was a fa?ade.

ire reflected on this and asked, “So, husband, is Miss Fei going back to China with us?”

Charlie shook his head, “She probably won’t. Why do you ask?”<fnca57> Original content can be found at f?ndnovel</fnca57>

    With a slight sigh, ire responded, “It’s nothing, really. I just hope she’s doing well. As long as she’s okay, that’s what matters.”<h3 ss="has-text-align-center wp-block-heading" id="chapter-list"><strong></strong><h3 ss="has-text-align-center wp-block-heading" id="chapter-list"><strong>Next Chapter</strong>
