He drove the final thrust inside me, and I felt him. His release warming me from within. For a long moment, we didn’t move, just breathing hard, staring at one another, lips inches apart.

He stood there, towering above me while I sat perched on the table, my hands steady on him with his hard length buried inside me.

We had lost each other once again, yet now, here we were right in the council meeting chamber. A ce considered sacred, yet neither of us cared. If our lust ever reached its peak in the presence of the Moon Goddess, I wouldn’t hold back, and I was certain he wouldn’t either.

Lycannar finally leaned down to kiss my lips. I gripped him tighter, kissing him back, feeling him Manhood going harder inside me.

“Lycan…” I protested against his lips, but in response, he moved again. I breathed shakily, pulling my head back as he mmed into me with relentless force.<fnfed5> Th? link to the orig?n of this information r?sts ?n FιndNovel</fnfed5>

I moaned sharply, thighs trembling, hips quivering. His palm cupped my neck, thrusting harder and harder, and my moans echoed shamelessly throughout the chamber. I couldn’t hold back, even if I wanted

    to.

Atst, his release came, and I fell against him in exhaustion. He held me tight, kissing my hair, palm tenderly patting my back. For a long time, I stayed in his arms, steadying myself, until he finally pulled out, leaving himself inside me.

“You okay?” His gentle voice came softly. I nodded, sighing against his chest. He pulled back, gazing at me before cing a soft kiss on my lips.

I blinked at him, wondering if he was even real. Why does he love me so much? My eyes fell to his chest, where I had shed. The wound had healed, but the memory of it pained me. I was the one who had inflicted it, and the one who felt it.

I lowered my gaze, pushing him away, angry that he hadn’t defended himself when I attacked. He didn’t speak, only walked to dress. I got down from the table and began dressing as well.

“Can you give me a ride back home?” I asked, putting on my underwear and raking my fingers through my hair, avoiding his gaze.

    “Yes.”

“Thanks.” I murmured, moving toward the exit, but he caught my wrist, holding me fast, eyes fixed on mine.

“Who told you I was betrothed?” he asked, curiosity knitting his brow. I pulled my wrist away, emotions still

    raw.

“I went to Hue Pack today to get the date and time I will reject Nyroth,” I murmured, gaze lowered. “There he was, with his lover… and we exchanged words. She told me the man I’m head over heels for has a bride.”

I saw his expression shift, a small frown forming.

    “Who is she?”

“Ka Yadev. The one who hijacked the ckbridge Pack from Luna Thalia.”

“No. I mean, who is she to my Kingdom?” His tone shifted, genuine confusion, an innocence that warmed my heart.

“She said she met your uncle, Lord Dareth.”

He bowed his head, murmuring to himself, frown/deepening.

“Why would My Uncle Dareth go to her?”

“She said he offered her the task to host your beta’s ascension ceremony.”

    He exhaled thoughtfully, recalling details.

“The hostess who oversaw my coronation had the stamped royal words to host every festival in my kingdom, right?”

    ?????

I nodded. He walked away, muttering under his breath.

“I should have killed him when my brother Hades told me to…

    He moved toward the exit.

“Chantel?” I raised an eyebrow as his bodyguard approached, head bowed in respect. Was he about to order a death?

“Lycan,” I called. He turned innocently. “What are you going to do?”

“Have him killed,” he said simply. My heart sank.

    “Why?”

“Because he’s the reason you cried,” he stated as if it were ordinary in the shifter empire. I stepped toward him, heart racing.

“No. That’s not how you handle things. He’s your blood.”

    He stopped, searching my eyes.

“I thought you were there when I said I won’t spare anyone whoes between us.”

“And you gave me your word you wouldn’t kill anyone for me, Lycan.”

He stared at me, jaw set. My frustration spilled over. He seemed unreal, his logic and priorities far removed from mine.

What exactly he feel for me is beyond reasoning. This isn’t love.

“You won’t kill anyone. Do you understand me?”

    “Why?”

    R

“Lord Dareth is your uncle, and there are more ways to deal with problems than killing.”

After a few seconds, he nodded, gaze lingering on mine as if recalling my words.

    “When are you rejecting him?”

He’s asking about Nyroth. I lowered my gaze.

    “On the next full moon.”

His expression flickered, reced almost immediately by calm.

“You’ll… need anything that night, won’t you?”

“I’m not sure yet. I’ll be weak after I reject him.”

He reached for my hand gently, silence stretching between us.

“Thank you,” I whispered, swallowing the lump in my throat.

“I’ll go say hello to your sisters and meet you at the Royal stable soon,” I added.

    “Alright.”

I walked out, heading toward the healing wing to bid farewell to his sisters, who had always been sweet to me. My journey back to Ash Pack was set. By this time tomorrow, I would be in my birthright pack.

And yet… a nagging thought lingered. I wondered how my Lycan King would react to my departing words, and even more… how he would respond when the truth of my real identity was finally revealed. Would it shatter him, or would he bend the world to stand by me, as he always had?
